The Gmail Add-on allows you to easily import emails from directly from Gmail into Agency Pilot CRM to maintain a full history of client and applicant correspondence.
When an email is selected, the add-on will attempt to find the relevant contact within the CRM by using the email address. If a contact is not found, the locate company/contact feature allows the user to search for the relevant contact details.
The add-on enables the user to create new company/contacts if an existing contact cannot be found.
An email can also be imported against a property, enquiry or job dependent on the users requirements.
